Services - Reiki Classes
(Level 1 & 2 can be done via phone)
Reiki is a method of doing hands-on healing using universal life force. An empowering tool, it is perfect for self-help as well as to support others.
As Reiki assists with stress reduction and relaxation, it helps trigger the body’s natural healing abilities.
In addition, this wonderful energy can be used to clear one's chakras, help plants, assist animals, energize jewelry, cleanse the home, and can assist in all aspects of our lives.
Reiki also helps us to open our hearts as it provides a gentle way for us to express compassion and give assistance in very loving and understanding way where we accept and appreciate each person for who they are.

There are 3 levels to Reiki (which are transferred by an attunement process).
Level 1
In this session, chakras are opened to allow this energy to flow from the head chakra into the hands. Once activated, the Reiki is often felt as a gentle warmth, or, in some people, a soft cool energy. In this level, one is able to practice Reiki by “laying of hands”. The class covers:
1) What is Reiki
2) History of Reiki
3) Principles of Reiki
4) Attunement
5) Self-help
6) Reiki for others

Level 2
Participants are attunement to use specific symbols that allow Reiki to be send Reiki across time and space to people, animals and situations that are far away. The class includes:
1) A symbol that allow you to energize your Reiki many times over
2) A mental and emotional healing symbol
3) Sending Reiki across time and space
4) Using the symbols to cleanse:
- crystals
- objects
- homes
5) Using the symbols to work on memories, the past and relationships
6) Long distance healing using a proxy (e.g. a pillow)

Level 3
Participants are able to attune others to Reiki.
Never have I been so "touched" by a class. Remarkable .. .trust ... strength .... extraordinary exchange ... are what resonated with me afterwards. Madhu, you are one special lady.
